INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Addressable Markets
We intend to invest in companies that operate in addressable markets exceeding R$5 billion, which offer significant opportunities for mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and substantial investments, and where no competitor holds more than 40% of market share.
Strategic Markets
We target companies in fragmented and expanding industries, with a focus on the B2B, B2C and B2B2C segments. We place emphasis on businesses that can benefit from our management expertise and our relationship network.
Business Profile
We look for companies that are references in their segments, with qualified technical teams, willing to innovate and invest, and that have already gone through the validation phase of their products or services.
Financial Health
We look for financially healthy companies that have already exceeded R$10 million in revenue, that are cash generators and have low leverage ratios. In addition, they enable synergy gains from the moment the fund's strategies are implemented.

Gabriela Teles
She holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC MG, with a specialization in International Business from EU Business School Barcelona, and is certified in the Latin America Leadership Program at Georgetown University. She is currently a partner at Livraria Leitura group, where she serves as President of the Import Committee, Store Supervisor, and Strategic Consultant in the areas of Purchasing, Marketing, and People.
